אדמונד בלייר לייטון

אדמונד בלייר לייטון (באנגלית: Edmund Blair Leighton; 21 בספטמבר 1853 - 1 בספטמבר 1922) היה צייר בריטי הקשור לאסכולה הפרה-רפאליטית ולסגנון הציור הרומנטי. ציוריו של לייטון עסקו בעיקר בימי הביניים והייתה לו חיבה לציור נשים ג'ינג'יות. לייטון היה בנו של האמן צ'ארלס בלייר לייטון וחונך בבית הספר University College School לפני שהפך לסטודנט באקדמיה המלכותית לאמנויות. הוא התחתן עם קתרין נאש ב-1885 שילדה לו בן ובת. הוא הציג תערוכות מידי שנה באקדמיה המלכותית בין השנים 1878-1920.
