לואיס פאג'ט (הנרי קטנר וסי. אל. מור)

לואיס פאג'ט (Lewis Padgett) היה שם עט משותף של בני הזוג, הסופר היהודי אמריקאי הנרי קטנר (Henry Kuttner)‏ (7 באפריל 1915 - 4 בפברואר 1958) והסופרת סי. אל. מור (Catherine Lucille Moore)‏ (24 בינואר 1911 - 4 באפריל 1987), שכתבו סיפורי מדע בדיוני רבים, הן ביחד והן כל אחד לחוד. השם נלקח משמות הנעורים של אמהותיהם. הם גם השתמשו בשמות הבדויים "לורנס או'דונל" (Lawrence O'Donnell) ו"ס. ה. ידל" (C. H. Liddell), וכן שתפו פעולה בשמותיהם האמיתיים.

בכתיבתם כ"לואיס פאדג'ט" הם חיברו סיפורים קצרים הומוריסטיים רבים במדע בדיוני בשנות הארבעים והחמישים.

עיבודים

הסיפור "Twonky" עובד לתוכנית רדיו ולסרט באורך מלא באותו השם.

פרק של אזור הדמדומים היה מבוסס על הסיפור הקצר "What You Need".

הסרט העלילתי "The Last Mimzy" מבוסס באופן רופף על הסיפור הקצר "חלכן היה נמזר" (Mimsy Were the Borogoves)
