אברהם בֶּניש (באנגלית: Abraham Benisch; 1811, סטראז'וב, בוהמיה – 31 ביולי 1878, לונדון, אנגליה) היה עיתונאי יהודי-אנגלי ממוצא בוהמי-אוסטרי.

נולד למשפחה יהודית בעיירה דוֹרסַאוּ (אנ') שבממלכת בוהמיה, האימפריה האוסטרית (כיום סטרָאז'וב, בצ'כיה). במשך כמה שנים למד רפואה באוניברסיטת וינה, אך נטש את לימודיו לפני שהגיע לתואר.
בשנת 1841 עזב את אוסטריה והתיישב באנגליה, שם חי למשך שארית חייו. למידת העברית ופעילותו הציבורית למען היהודים הבטיחו לו מוניטין רב בקרב היהודים באנגליה. הוא היה עורך ה"ג'ואיש כרוניקל" משנת 1864 ועד 1869, ושוב במהלך השנים 1875–1878, שנת מותו. קידם את הקמת ההתאחדות האנגלו-יהודית בשנת 1871.
בניש נפטר בשכונת הורנסי (Hornsey) שבצפון לונדון ב-31 ביולי 1878.
