היום העולמי למניעת התאבדויות (באנגלית: World Suicide Prevention Day; בראשי תיבות: WSPD) הוא יום מודעות שמתקיים ב-10 בספטמבר מדי שנה מאז 2003, על מנת לאשרר את המחויבות העולמית למניעת התאבדויות.[1] האיגוד הבינלאומי למניעת התאבדות (אנ'), בשיתוף פעולה עם ארגון הבריאות העולמי והפדרציה העולמית לבריאות הנפש (אנ'), עורך את היום העולמי למניעת התאבדויות.[2] בשנת 2011 נערכו בכ-40 מדינות אירועים מיוחדים לציון האירוע.[3]
