טרנס מקנה (אנגלית: Terence McKenna; ‏16 בנובמבר 1946 — 3 באפריל 2000) היה ביולוג וסופר אמריקאי בתחום הפסיכונאוטיקה ותחומים משיקים.

מקנה כתב והרצה על מצבי מודעות שונים, סמים פסיכדליים, הזיות, מטאפיזיקה, שמאניזם, שפה, תרבות, אתנובוטניקה, טכנולוגיה ועתידנות. הוא ידוע בעיקר על ספריו בתחום חקר צמחים המשמשים לטקסים שמאניים ומצבי תודעה מורחבים. כן נודע ב"תאוריית החדשנות" (novelty theory) שפיתח, ובנבואותיו לגבי תופעת 2012 והתאריך 21.12.2012, עליהן כתב החל מספרו הראשון "The Invisible Landscape" בשנת 1975 (עם אחיו הצעיר דניס מקנה).
