רונן פרי (באנגלית: Ronen Perry; נולד ב-1974) הוא פרופסור למשפטים באוניברסיטת חיפה, מומחה לדיני נזיקין.

ביוגרפיה

פרי נולד בתל אביב ולמד בתיכון אילון בחולון.

פרי הוא בעל תואר ראשון במשפטים בהצטיינות מאוניברסיטת תל אביב (1996). את התואר הראשון השלים כעתודאי במסגרת התכנית החד-תחומית לתלמידים מצטיינים ע"ש עדי לאוטמן. בין השנים 1997-2000 שירת כקצין ייעוץ בפרקליטות הצבאית. בהמשך שנת 2000 השלים את עבודת הדוקטור בפקולטה למשפטים שבאוניברסיטה העברית במסגרת המסלול הישיר בהנחיית השופט בדימוס יצחק אנגלרד. קיבל את התואר בהצטיינות יתירה (summa cum laude). השלים שנת פוסט-דוקטורט כחוקר אורח באוניברסיטת ניו יורק בין 2007-2008 והיה חוקר אורח גם באוניברסיטת וינה ובאוניברסיטת פומפאו פאברה בברצלונה.

מכהן כחבר סגל בפקולטה למשפטים באוניברסיטת חיפה משנת 2001 וכמרצה מן החוץ בבית הספר למנהל עסקים באותה האוניברסיטה. בתקופת עבודתו למד בבית הספר למדעי המחשב באוניברסיטת תל אביב.

ספרו "ריקושטים כלכליים" (2002) עוסק בנזקי ריקושט, ומאמריו עוסקים במיוחד בדיני נזיקין, דיני ביטוח, דיני חוזים ותורת המשפט. כמו כן עוסק פרי במחקרים אמפיריים על המשפט.

פרי הוא עורך בכיר בכתב העת Journal of Tort Law ועורך ראשי של כתב העת דין ודברים ומשמש כרפורטר של ישראל בספר השנה של דיני הנזיקין באירופה.
