Where is it done?
A project spacepage needs to be created. What would be a good translation to the word label or tag?
There could be several options. What is the context? Can you give an example English sentence?
Well, it is more in terms of a label dispenser. In the context of what we are doing we would label each edit independently as "good" or "bad" and also "productive" and "damaging"

I created the initial landing page at ויקיפדיה:תווית. Does it look alright? If so I can copt paste other pages from English Wikipedia.
This really doesn't sound like a robust way to do it. The translatable strings should be in a translatable page in mediawiki.org or in translatewiki.net. Do you need help moving it there?
