אליזבת גורלי פלין (באנגלית: Elizabeth Gurley Flynn‏; 7 באוגוסט 1890 - 5 בספטמבר 1964) הייתה פעילה חברתית, מנהיגת פועלים ופמיניסטית שלקחה חלק משמעותי בפעילות של איגוד פועלי התעשייה של העולם (חבריו היו ידועים גם בשם הסלנג "וובליז") בתור מארגנת פועלים ונואמת ציבורית. תחילת פרסומה הגיע בזכות השתתפותה במאבק לחופש הדיבור שניהל ה-IWW בעיירה ספוקיין, וושינגטון ב-1909. לאחר 7 שנות פעילות, פלין צמצמה את פעילותה בארגון עקב מחלוקת עם ביל הייווד, אחד ממייסדי הארגון. פלין המשיכה לפעול בספירה הציבורית והייתה אחת מהחברים המייסדים של האיגוד האמריקאי לחירויות אזרחיות ב-1920, ודמות בולטת במאבקים לקידום מעמד האישה בנושאים כגון זכויות האישה, פיקוח ילודה וקידום זכות בחירה לנשים. ב-1936 הצטרפה פלין למפלגה הקומוניסטית של ארצות הברית ומאוחר יותר ב-1961 נבחרה להיות יו"ר המפלגה עד ל-1964. פלין נפטרה בזמן ביקור בברית המועצות.
