מפה מדינית של המזרח התיכון

להלן רשימת קונפליקטים מודרניים במזרח התיכון. המזרח התיכון תואם את ההגדרה הבינלאומית לאסיה המערבית (פרט לאזור הקווקז) ובאופן מסורתי מוגדר כמכלול של הסהר הפורא (נהריים, הלבנט, דלתא של הנילוס) ואזורים הסמוכים של חצי האי ערב בדרום, אנטוליה בצפון והרי זגרוס וטאורוס במזרח. במפה הפוליטית של היום, המזרח התיכון משתרע מקפריסין ומצרים ממערב ועד איראן והמפרץ הפרסי במזרח.[1]

  • הסכסוכים הכלולים ברשימה הינם התפרצויות אלימות נפרדות עם לפחות 100 הרוגים סך-הכל. סכסוכים ומלחמות משניים מופיעים בסעיף פירוט של סכסוכים מורכבים.
