I don't unserstand what damage to yours or he.wikipedia with interlanguage wiki links. Interwiki link is one of the most useful feature of Wikimedia Projects. With that, you can import whatever you want information from other langage wikipedias. I've never heard making interlang wiki link is unwished thing at other language of wikipedia. I encourage you to read en:Wikipedia:Interlanguage links to understand it. That is not easy thing to make correct link between many language.
