Italiano: Amuleto romano in bronzo: Tintinnabulum a forma di gladiatore intento a combattere con un pugnale contro il suo stesso fallo trasformato in una pantera aggressiva, rinvenuto ad Ercolano, oggi esposto nel Gabinetto Segreto del Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli (inv. 27853).
English: A man is fighting against his own sex, portrayed as a raging animal. Tintinnabulum, about 1st century B.C. which was placed in front of house entrances to prevent harm/bad luck. It was found in antique Herculaneum, Southern Italy, and is usually shown in the Secret Cabinet in the Museo Archeologico, Naples/Napoli (inv. nr. 27853).
