זכויות יוצרים אינן חלות על רעיונות, השקפות, שיטות, תהליכים, מערכות, דרכי פעולה ביצוע החלטות טכניות, ארגוניות ואחרות, החלטות פתוחות, עובדות ותוכניות בשפות שונות.

  • נקודה 6.

אובייקטים שאינם מוגנים בזכויות יוצרים הם:

    • מסמכים רשמיים של ארגונים ממשלתיים, וארגוני הממשל המקומי ברוסיה, לרבות חוקים, צווי ביצוע פנימיים, החלטות משפטיות, וחומרי חקיקה אחרים. בעלי אופי משפטי או אדמיניסטרטיבי, מסמכים רשמיים של ארגונים בינלאומיים וכך גם תרגומם.
    • סמלים וסמלים רשמיים ממלכתיים (דגלים, סמלי מדינה, מטבעות, מדליות וכיוצא בזה), כמו גם סמלי השלטון המקומי ובתי הספר
    • סמלים וחפצים עממיים (פולקלור) שאינם בעלי זכויות יוצרים מוגדרים
    • דיווח על אירועים ועובדות בעלי מאפיין חדשותי(דיווח על חדשות היום, תוכניות טלוויזיה, רשימת קווי תחבורה ונסיעות וכיוצא באלה)

השלמות. על פי הסכמים בינלאומיים ובין-מדינתיים, הפדרציה הרוסית נחשבת ליורשת ברית המועצות והרפובליקה הסובייטית הסוציאליסטית הרוסית לכן השימוש במידע שברישיון-תבנית זו יכול להתבצע עבור סמלים רשמיים ומסמכים סובייטיים ורוסיים (הרישיון תקף לברית המועצות והפדרציה הרוסית בלבד, באשר לרישיונות סמלים ומסמכים של שאר 14 הרפובליקות הסובייטיות, יש לבחון את חוקיהן ומעמדן בהתאם לחוקתן שלהן).

This image is in the public domain according to Article 4, case 2 of the Polish Copyright Law Act of February 4, 1994 (Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 2509 with later changes) "normative acts and drafts thereof as well as official documents, materials, signs and symbols are not subject to copyrights". Hence it is assumed that this image has been released into public domain. However in some instances the use of this image in Poland might be regulated by other laws.

 4) officially registered drafts of legal acts;
 5) regular information reports on events;
 6) folklore works.
Hence it is assumed that this image has been released into the public domain. However, in some instances the use of this image might be regulated by other laws.
