Red Flame. 302 V8 The XC Falcon was the 2nd facelift on the XA, Ford lowered the waistline at the rear doors of the XC and fitted lower headrests, in a bid to increase visibility, it got a square looking grille, new bumpers and improved tail lights. The Fairmont featured square headlights, the rest had rounded lights. The GS was available on sedan, wagon, utes and vans. With the Hardtops, all Hardtops were GSs, Fairmonts or the Limited edition Cobra The GS came with; Outside; twin scoop bonnet, 12 slot rims with black centres (not Fairmont), also black was the grille, sills, rear taillight panel, window surrounds, door handles, fuel cap and overriders.
