תיאור
日本語: 東部方面隊の部隊章は「東から昇る朝日のように」希望の光を未来へ射し続けられるように、という想いを込めています。太陽が昇りゆく様は明るい未来への象徴とし、自然豊かな大地、澄んだ大空、穏やかな海に囲まれた国土を防衛する使命とし、青い色で背景を表現しています。エンブレムは、日本並びに東方の象徴である「富士山」をイメージし、隊員と地域の重なりが強い絆で結ばれるように想いを込めました。左右に広がる「11枚の羽」は、防衛地区である1都10県に見立て、日本建国を導いたとされる「輝く鵈（とび）」の羽をモチーフにし未来へ羽ばたく躍動感を表現しています。
