This one was a right shed, but I utilised it several times as a shared taxi in Ghana from the town of Juapong to where a small boat goes from at Atimpoku. For the privilege of riding in a 25 year old taxi, I paid the grand price of 1 cedi (or 20p) for the 15 minute ride. It was a real dog unfortunately, with all the windows jammed shut in the stifling 35 degree heat, and annoyingly although there was no glass in the back window, it was all taped up so didn't let any air in... Sounded dreadful too, as you can expect. Cars which make it to Ghana are normally the ones which have been run to the death in some European/ North American country and are then shipped over here. This one would've run around in Europe for its early life, probably somewhere like Germany most likely.
