English: NORFOLK, Va. (Sept. 10, 2008) Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewmen (SWCC) and support staff use small buoyant "dumbbells" in a hydrotherapy pool at Naval Special Warfare Group (NSWG) 4 to increase strength and range of motion in muscles and joints. The pool is used as a therapy tool in conjunction with the Human Performance Initiative already in place at NSWG-4, designed to prevent and rehabilitate injuries caused by a special boat operator's daily duties.
