English: Blast lung. This chest roentgenogram of a soldier who was injured by blast shows bilateral infiltrates from pulmonary contusion. The patient survived without sequelae ~ U.S. Army Wound Data and Munitions Effectiveness Team (WDMET). The WDMET database was comprised from the cases of 7,989 wounded American soldiers in Vietnam from 1967 through 1969. 22 July 1968 |
