החברה הישראלית לכימיה אנליטית, The Israel Society for Analytical Chemistry-IACS, היא אגודה מקצועית שהוקמה בשנת 1997 במטרה לקדם את תחום הכימיה האנליטית בישראל, הן במחקר המדעי באקדמיה, בתעשייה ובמוסדות הממשלתיים, והן בכל מוסדות החינוך. האגודה מאמינה כי פעילות לקראת מטרה זו תביא בעקבותיה אנשים נוספים לתחום זה, ותרחיב את הפופולריות שלה.
כמו כן, האגודה פועלת בקשר הדוק עם יצרני הטכנולוגיות האנליטיות החדשניות ונציגויותיהם בישראל כדי לאפשר לכימאים האנליטיים התעדכנות רציפה בחידושי הטכנולוגיה המדעית. בנוסף לכך פועלת האגודה בארגון כנסים מרובי משתתפים מכל רחבי הארץ והעולם, ובפרסום הישגים ישראליים בכימיה אנליטית, כדי להבטיח קשר הדוק בין האקדמיה לתעשייה המקומית ולמוסדות ממשלתיים בנושאי הכימיה האנליטית, ולאפשר זרימת מידע חופשית ביניהם.
הפעילות המשמעותית ביותר שמגלמת וכוללת בתוכה אירועים רבים המקיימים את מטרות האגודה היא אירגון הכנס השנתי בישראל של החברה הישראלית לכימיה אנליטית, שנקרא ישראנליטיקה Isranalytica. הכנס נערך בדרך כלל בחודש ינואר בתל אביב בניצוחה של חברת ביופורום ישראל.
The Israel Analytical Chemistry Society - IACS is a professional association which was established on 1997 to promote the field of Analytical Chemistry in Israel, both in the scientific research at the academia, industry and government institutions, and at all the educational institutions.
In addition, the Society works closely with the manufacturers of innovative analytical technologies and their representatives in Israel to enable Israel scientists, especially analytical chemists, to keep up to date with the innovations of scientific technologies.
In addition, the Society works to organize conferences with participants from all over Israel and around the world, and to publish Israeli achievements in analytical chemistry. The aim is to ensure close relationship between the local industry and the academic and government institutions with regard to analytical chemistry, to enable free flow of information between them.
The most significant activity that embodies and includes many events that fulfill the Society's goals is the organization of the main annual conference in Israel of the Israeli Society for Analytical Chemistry, called Isranalytica. The conference is usually held in January in Tel Aviv, conducted by Bioforum Israel
