According to this article about Henk Zanoli, his mother and himself would have been awarded the Yad Vashem award in 1950. However, the Yad Vashem award was introduced in 1953, so that is a false assumption.It is established that the decoration was awarded in 2011 to his mother Jacoba Johanna Zanoli-Smit, who died in 1981. I get new information that Henk Zanoli's father was already imprisoned on August 18, 1941, and that is of course a big difference from what Henk Zanoli stated. But It does also mean that he was probably arrested for underground activities, because forced labor was only introduced by the occupying forces in 1942 --
