Its process of removal, I tried contacting in irc for correct tags, you could understand tags meaning- not wiki article, not relevant. No one respoded on irc. Tried putting english tags for removal of article, then tried fiding some way to inform to remove not famous person not encyclopedia topic. You can edit with correct tags and remove topic. Its not famous, its not relevant to encyclopedia, its not encyclopedia topic, its not educational. I tried with google translate, i think i put correct way for removal process.
