בשנת 2010 המגזין ספין דירג את האלבום במקום ה-106 ברשימת "האלבומים הטובים ביותר ב-25 השנים האחרונות",^[1] ובשנת 2020 המגזין רולינג סטון דירג אותו במקום ה-108 ברשימת "500 האלבומים הטובים היותר בכל הזמנים".^[2] האלבום הועמד לפרס גראמי לאלבום האלטרנטיבי הטוב ביותר.^[3]

שם האלבום[עריכת קוד מקור | עריכה]

שם האלבום הוא שיר שכתבה אפל כתגובה לביקורות השליליות שהתקבלו מקוראי המגזין ספין על כתבה לא מחמיאה שנכתבה על אודותיה בשנת 1997.^[4]

עם הוצאתו, שבר האלבום את השיא עבור שם האלבום הארוך ביותר, כאשר שמו כולל 444 תווים. השיא הוחזק לפני כן על ידי אחת ההוצאות של סדרת האלבומים The Best... Album in the World...Ever!.^[5] השיא נשבר מאוחר יותר בשנת 2008 על ידי האלבום The Boy Bands Have Won של הלהקה צ'מבוומבה, ששמו המלא כולל 865 תווים, כמעט פי שניים משם אלבומה של אפל.^[6]
