There's a global ban RfC going on @meta about a user you banned, this time in his incarnation as Messina:גומבל

I know, I just wanted to make the heWP aware of the global banning RfC, and this was the only approach, I could fathom with my completely non-existing knowledge (let the keyboard aside) of Ivrit/Hebrew.

Thanks for cleaning my post up, I don't know how to deal with r->l languages.
