תקציר

הצהרה משפטית תמונה זו מציגה (או דומה) לסמל ששימש את ממשלת גרמניה הנאצית או ארגון שקשור לה באופן הדוק, או מפלגה אחרת אשר נאסרה על ידי בית המשפט החוקתי הפדרלי של גרמניה. השימוש בסמלים של ארגונים אלה שנאסרו בגרמניה (כמו צלב קרס או צלב החץ (אנ')) אינם חוקיים גם באוסטריה, הונגריה, פולין, צ'כיה, צרפת, ברזיל, ישראל, אוקראינה, רוסיה ומדינות נוספות, תלוי בהקשר. בגרמניה החוק החל הוא סעיף 86a לחוק הפלילי (StGB), בפולין - סעיף (אומנות) 256 לחוק הפלילי (Dz.U. 1997 nr 88 poz. 553).
