American Economic Review

American Economic Review (בקיצור: AER) הוא כתב עת מדעי לכלכלה שעובר ביקורת עמיתים ומפורסם מדי רבעון בידי האגודה האמריקאית לכלכלה (American Economic Association). יצא לאור לראשונה ב-1911 ונחשב אחד מכתבי העת היוקרתיים ביותר בתחום.^[1]^[2]^[3]

העורכת הנוכחית היא אסתר דופלו.^[4]

כל שנה מפרסם כתב העת בגיליון מאי שלו, הקרוי Papers and Proceedings, את הדיונים וההרצאות שהוצגו בוועידה השנתית של האגודה האמריקאית לכלכלה.
