Word of caution: if there is editing by an unknown writer, I would suspect the source. That is, someone from the pharmaceurical industry. There is no mention that Metformin works on the glucogenesis process which is mainly during sleep in the liver.. So taking it during the day is ineffective a d accumulation may cause hypiglcemia at night and is a risk. Also with time its efficiency decreases. Liver damage in prolonged use. No references on research and FDA approval process No references and editing is too positive I suspect.
