הלל נוייר (נולד ב-1969/1970), הוא עו"ד, וסופר בינלאומי שנולד בקנדה, ומנכ"ל UN Watch, ארגון זכויות אדם לא ממשלתי שמבוסס בז'נבה, שוויץ.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]

נוייר כתב מאמרים על חוק, פוליטיקה ויחסים בינלאומיים עבור הניו יורק טיימס הבינלאומי, הירחון קומנטרי האמריקאי, הניו ריפובליק, Christian Science Monitor, והמרכז הירושלימי לענייני ציבור ומדינה.^[5] הוא נבחר לאחד מ-"100 היהודים המשפיעים ביותר בעולם" על ידי ישראל עיתון "מעריב",^[6] ועל ידי ה-Algemeiner Journal ב-2017. הוא תומך נלהב של ישראל ^[7]^[8] ומבקר במועצת זכויות האדם של האו"ם.^[9]

ביוגרפיה

נוייר נולד במונטריאול, קנדה. הוא מחזיק בתואר להיסטוריה אינטלקטואלית ומדעי המדינה של אוניברסיטת קונקורדיה, תואר במשפט אזרחי, תואר במשפטים של אוניברסיטת מקגיל, ותואר שני במשפטים של האוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים.
