To my knowledge there is a street named רבוה, after this town in Haifa/Kababir:

User:HolyArtThou, there are special rules regarding the Hebrew letter Vav, that help to clarify when it represents a vowel (representing the sound of U or O) and when it represents a consonant (with the sound of V or W in English). These rules are sometimes not strictly kept, and they do not apply when there is Niqqud (which is mostly used in street signs), but the Hebrew Wikipedia does follow them in article names.
