עמנואל מוזס (בצרפתית: Emmanuel Moses) (נולד ב-1959) הוא משורר וסופר ישראלי-צרפתי זוכה פרס השירה הצרפתית (1986) Prix de la vocation, Fondation Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet, פרס לתרגום ע"ש נלי זקש (1997), פרס טאופיל גוטייה של האקדמיה הצרפתית (2015) מדליית ברונזה ופרס לתרגום 2016 Alain Bosquet.

עמנואל מוזס נולד בקזבלנקה מרוקו והעביר את ילדותו בפריז. הוריו היגרו לישראל בהיותו בן 9. למד היסטוריה באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים. בשנת 1986, חזר לצרפת. פרסומיו הראשונים היו ספרי שירה, ובעקבותיהם החל לפרסם רומנים. מוזס הוא גם מתרגם, בין השאר, מצרפתית לעברית מודרנית. ספריו פורסמו, בין השאר, בהוצאות הספרים גלימאר, גרסה, פלמריון, דנואל ואובסידיאן. מחזותיו לרדיו שודרו בערוץ הרדיו פרנס קולטור. תרגם מעברית לצרפתית מיצירותיהם של ש"י עגנון, יהודה עמיחי, דויד גרוסמן, דויד ווגל ואנה-מארי רביצקי.

אביו היה הפילוסוף הצרפתי-ישראלי סטפן מוזס. אימו היא הציירת ליליאן קלאפיש. הוא נינו של הסופר הגרמני היינריך קורציג (1865–1946). אחותו: הסופרת והמשוררת אנוש שרמן והאמנית ופעילת השמאל רחל מוז.
