אורלי שדה (נולדה ב-1969) היא פרופסור למימון בבית הספר למנהל עסקים באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים.

ביוגרפיה[עריכת קוד מקור | עריכה]

שדה סיימה לימודי תואר ראשון בכלכלה ובניהול ותואר שני במנהל עסקים באוניברסיטת תל אביב. בשנת 2001 סיימה לימודי התואר השלישי במינהל עסקים - מימון באוניברסיטת יוטה שבארצות הברית.[1][2]

שדה היא פרופסור למימון,[3] חברת סגל בכיר בבית הספר למנהל עסקים באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים ופרופסור אורח למימון במחלקה למימון בבית הספר למנהל עסקים באוניברסיטת ניו יורק. בנוסף, הייתה פרופסור אורח למימון באוניברסיטאות שונות ברחבי העולם בהן IE במדריד, ב- NES במוסקבה וכן בקמפוס של אוניברסיטת ניו יורק בשנחאי. שדה כיהנה כמנהלת של תוכנית תואר ראשון באוניברסיטה העברית והיא האישה הראשונה שקיבלה דרגת פרופסור בתחום המימון בישראל.

בעבר, כיהנה שדה כחברת מליאת הרשות לניירות ערך וכן הייתה חברה בוועדה המייעצת של אגף שוק ההון במשרד האוצר. כמו כן, היא הייתה חברה בוועדות השקעה, דירקטוריונים וועדות ציבוריות. שדה הייתה חברה בוועדת ההשקעות בקרן הפנסיה של מרכז רפואי הדסה, קופות הגמל והרווחה של עובדי האוניברסיטה העברית, היוותה חלק ממועצת המנהלים של קופות הגמל של האוניברסיטה העברית והייתה דירקטור חיצונית בחברת קרנות הנאמנות סיגמא. בנוסף נתנה שדה ייעוץ פיננסי למוסדות וחברות בתחום המימון, הנפקות חוב ומכרזים. שדה עבדה במגזר הבנקאי ובמחלקה לפיקוח על הבנקים של בנק ישראל.

תחומי המחקר העיקריים של שדה הם מימון התנהגותי וניסויי, חיסכון טווח ארוך, מבנה שווקים פיננסיים, מכרזים פיננסיים ומימון המונים. מחקרים אקדמיים של שדה זכו למענקי מחקר תחרותיים ולפרסים בינלאומיים. מחקריה הוצגו בכנסים בינלאומיים ופורסמו בעיתונות מדעית מובילה בתחום המימון וכן, זכו לאזכורים במדיה הפופולרית. שדה זכתה מספר פעמים בקרנות מחקר, ביניהן הקרן הלאומית למדע.
